Comfortably accommodating groups of up to ten guests within its over 3,450 square feet of living space, Eureka at Gold Hill is ideally designed for entertaining. Featuring an open layout, the main level of this luxurious vacation home offers a large Great Room design with quality leather sofas set in front of a stone fireplace in the living room. Vaulted ceilings expose wood-beam accents and allow for large windows that let in an abundance of light. Adjacent to the living room, a large dining table provides seating for eight and a breakfast bar accommodates two more. Chefs in the group will love the large and open kitchen with granite countertops and upscale appliances. Above the living room is a large loft area with a semi-private sitting area that holds a wet bar and television.
