Downtown Winter Park and the Winter Park Ski Resort are a short drive from the Indy West Home located in the town of Fraser just eight miles from the base of the slopes. Offering a peaceful, serene setting with spectacular views of the Continental Divide from the living area as well as the private outdoor hot tub, this four bedroom private vacation home with three bathrooms is designed to provide ample space for groups of up to twelve guests to relax in comfort.

An open layout on the main level combines a living room, dining area and kitchen into one space that is ideal for the entire group to gather and entertain. On the lower level, a large family room includes a Foosball table, sitting area with entertainment system and wet bar. After a day on the slopes guests will appreciate the private hot tub and fire pit area while enjoying the spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Four bedrooms are distributed throughout the three levels of the Indy West Home offering a variety of bedding options to suite multiple families with lots of kids as well as groups of friends with couples and singles. The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, one of the guest bedroom features a Queen bed while the second guest bedroom is furnished with Two Twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom as well as a Futon bed. A second Futon in the living area provides additional bedding space.
