Constructed in 1998, this three bedroom unit is a duplex in one of the nicest developments in Winter Park. A quiet area, close to downtown shops and restaurants. Sundance sleeps eight people and is very nicely decorated. A river rock gas fireplace and combined kitchen and dining rooom area grace the main level. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with queen/twin bunk, are on that level. A family room with a gas fireplace is downstairs. A third bedroom with one queen bed and a private hot tub off the family room deck completes the picture.
