An exceptional Crested Butte value, 1 Silver Lane is an expansive seven bedroom private home rental with five bathrooms that sits within a short drive of the Crested Butte base village with the shops and restaurants of downtown ten minutes away. Whether relaxing in the private hot tub on the large deck or in the spacious living room guests will experience amazing views of the surrounding mountains. While 1 Silver Lane offers an abundance of space and bedding, HOA restrictions only allow for a maximum of ten guests.

Sprawling, the main level Great Room features a double-sided fireplace as its centerpiece dividing the living room from the dining area and kitchen. Comfortable furnishings fill the oversized living room which is open to the full kitchen with a breakfast bar and cozy dining area. Located on the lower level, a second living area also includes a fireplace, boasts a second kitchen, and offers a comfortably appointed sitting area.

Ideally equipped for multiple families with kids or groups with a mix of couples and singles, 1 Silver Lane has seven bedrooms spread over its multiple levels. Four of the spacious bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds while two bedrooms have Two Twin beds, two bedrooms include a private bathroom. One of the seven bedrooms is located off of the garage (which is not open to guests), this room is very large and offers Four Sets of Bunk Beds as well as a Foosball table.
