The home’s gourmet kitchen features two ovens, two dishwashers, granite countertops and a wine fridge. There is also a pass-through to a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as the dining room, which houses a table with room for up to 10 people.

Five lovely guest rooms are spread throughout the home’s three levels. On the main floor, a spacious master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower while an additional bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. A mini master sits on the upper level with an ensuite bathroom, and a loft area offers a desk with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Two of the five guest rooms are located on the lower level; a bunk room with an ensuite bathroom and a guest room with an adjacent hallway bathroom.

1010 on 4O’Clock’s lower level provides ample space for added recreation throughout your stay. A media room/den features a large flat screen television, fireplace, a foosball table and a dart board. There is also a wet bar and refrigerator down there making it easy for guests to hang out and enjoy the space without having to continuously go up and down for refreshments or snacks. Head right to the slopes from the large ski room which offers boot and glove warmers along with access to the 4 O’clock ski run. After a fun day on the slopes, guests love the private hot tub which sits on the rear patio just off the lower level.
