In the adjacent kitchen, classic wood and stainless steel provide the perfect place to whip up your culinary creations. A breakfast bar with four stools backs to the living room while a formal dining room sits to the side with a long table that seats up to 10 guests. Double glass doors open to a deck that features a grill and gorgeous views to the north. For added space to spread out, 103 Palmyra Residence also offers a library/office with a roaring gas fireplace as well as a lower level family room; the perfect space to watch movies and relax. A private six-person hot tub is perched on a deck and provides the ideal ending to a fabulous day on the slopes or exploring the Telluride area.

Each of 103 Palmyra Residence’s four bedrooms are furnished with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night’s rest. In the master, guests are treated to a personal gas fireplace, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom featuring an oversized tub, separate steam shower and dual vanities. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom while the fourth bedroom is geared towards younger guests and boasts its own private bathroom. If added lodging is needed, a pull-out sofa in the family room provides bedding for two more guests.

For slopes access, guests have an easy two block walk to Bridges Ski Run, part of the Telluride Ski Resort. During the summer months, hiking trails are located right outside your door.
