Located within a 5-8 minute walk to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort, this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms promises a Park City vacation filled with convenience, fun, and relaxation. !061 Lowell Retreat's close proximity to the ski slopes as well as downtown Park City make it an exceptional lodging choice and value for groups of up to 14 guests.

Occupying the main level is a large living room filled with comfortable furnishings centered on a wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen television. Uniquely located just below the living room with a set of railings allowing for interaction between the two living spaces, the family room includes another fireplace, pool table, and access to the patio offering a private hot tub. A serving window allows the chef, who will find all of the essentials in the fully equipped kitchen, to interact with the guests relaxing in the living room. Three stools at the breakfast bar and two chairs at kitchen island combine with bench and chair seating at the dining table to accommodate 14 guests.

All 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on the upper level of the residence providing bedding for up to 14 guests. Furnished with a King bed plus a Queen Futon, the primary suite also includes a fireplace and large walk-in closet. The three guest bedrooms all have Queen beds, one offers an additional Twin and another includes a Captain's bunk with a Twin on top and Double on the bottom.

Large groups of up to 25 guests can combine both sides of the duplex into one massive 8 bedroom private residence.
