Open and spacious, the main level living space of this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms provides an inviting space for the entire group to relax and entertain. Leather furnishings are set under paneled ceilings and in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the living room which opens to the adjacent dining area. Eight guests are accommodated around the dining table with an additional four chairs at the breakfast bar. Fully equipped with all of the essentials to prepare tasty meals throughout your stay, the kitchen is open to the dining area and has a serving window open to the living room.

After a day of fun on the mountain, return to relax in the private hot tub located on the back patio. Head to the lower level to find a family room equipped with a gas fireplace, pool table, and deck with views of downtown Park City.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home providing bedding for up to 11 guests. Two bedrooms are outfitted with King beds, gas fireplaces, and attached bathrooms, the primary suite also hosts a small office area and shares its bathroom with the bunk room. Furnished with two sets of Twin bunk beds, the bunk room is ideal for the kids in the group. The final bedroom offers a Queen bed plus a Twin bed and has a private bathroom. 

Large groups of up to 25 guests can combine both sides of the duplex into one massive 8 bedroom private residence.
