Presenting a contemporary, refined atmosphere, the main level living room of this 4 bedroom vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms features comfortable furnishings focused on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with deck access through a glass door. Outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests, the gourmet kitchen is separated from the living room by a dining table with seating for 8 guests. After a day of outdoor adventure enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub while experiencing the captivating Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of the home providing bedding accommodations for up to 8 guests. Furnished with a Queen bed, the master suite includes a gas fireplace and private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds and the fourth bedroom offers two Twin beds. All bedrooms include flatscreen televisions, some are connected to cable while others are Smart TVs.

The driveway and front walkway are heated by radiant heat, and the home uses solar power to contribute to Park City’s green initiatives. An attached garage can house one vehicle, or you can use the garage as a gear room and park two vehicles in the driveway.
