Featuring an open layout designed for entertaining, the main level of this unique A-Frame style residence includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliance as well as a breakfast bar, adjacent picnic-style dining area, comfortably furnished living room with flat screen television, and a built-in sunken sitting area centered on a wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the breathtaking Tahoe sunsets from the private hot tub or the outdoor dining area which includes a barbecue grill. 

Three private bedrooms plus a loft bedroom above the living area provides ample sleeping arrangements for up to eleven guest. Located on the main level are a bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and a bunk room equipped with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom. The upper level private bedroom offers a Queen bed and a television while the loft bedroom has Two Futon style beds plus a pool table and television. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by two Sleeper Sofas. This home is pet friendly with a $300 refundable deposit.
