Access to a large patio that leads down to the private hot tub in the beautifully manicured courtyard is through French doors in the living room. Off of the dining area is a gourmet kitchen boasting granite countertops with a small breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and a dining table. Also located on the main level is a billiards room with a sitting area and custom pool table. Just off of the main house is a Caretaker's Apartment that offers a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping area.

Seven bedrooms are distributed throughout this massive Vail vacation home including the Caretaker's Apartment. Three of the bedrooms boast private bathrooms while all feature comfortable furnishings.
