On the middle level, a large living room boasts high ceilings with gorgeous wood beams and floor to ceiling windows showcasing views of the Continental Divide. Ample seating, a roaring fireplace and a flat screen television create a cozy space to gather after the day’s adventures. Around the corner, a gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and several eating spots including a breakfast bar and a round kitchen nook set among windows. For more formal dining, a large table sits just off the kitchen and can seat up to 10 guests. Two balconies and a patio are accessed from this level offering superb views, a variety of seating and a cozy hammock. If your family or group wants to watch different shows or do multiple activities, a lower level family room offers the additional space to do so. It features a large comfortable sectional sofa, a fireplace and a massive flat screen television, perfect for the big game. A wet bar with a refrigerator ensures guests’ comfort and hydration without having to head upstairs to the kitchen.

Six comfortable and elegantly decorated bedrooms are spread over four levels of this five level retreat. A large master suite offers a secluded balcony and a private bathroom with two large vanities and a soaking tub.
