Situated right in the heart of Old Town Park City, this deluxe 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home rental offers high quality accommodations for groups of up to 12 guests.

Relax in the cozy living room on comfortable furniture surrounding the flatscreen television and wood-burning fireplace encased in a stone slip. Unique artwork adorns the walls and there is a small selection of literature on the bookshelves. Set off of the living space, the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a butcher block countertop, and selection of coffee machines both drip and Keurig. The sleek dining table seats 10, adjacent to the large sliding doors opening out to the deck overlooking Woodside Ave and the surrounding Park City area.

Located on the upper level, the master bedroom features wood flooring and a King bed with a spacious closet. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity sink and a bathtub/shower combination. This bedroom has double doors to the patio and an outdoor seating space with a private hot tub. One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with a King bed, while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed with a Full Trundle and a private bathroom. In the private office, there is a full-sized desk and a Queen Murphy bed. The miner-inspired stairwell leading from the to the basement provides access to an additional sleeping area with a Queen Futon and SmartTV.

Walk to Main Street's fine dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife where you can access the free shuttle to the Deer Valley Resort as well as the lifts at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Hop on the shuttle to the base area or take a 5-8 minute stroll to the Town Lift just 200 yards away. Additional amenities include family-friendly games, puzzles, and a Playstation 4. The wood is stocked prior to your stay and there is off-street parking available for 4 cars.
