Just off the north side of the kitchen, a charming patio boasts a high top table and gas grill while on the other side of the kitchen, a bright and cheery den serves as another space to gather and relax. Grab a beverage at the den’s wet bar and enjoy a movie or show on the flat screen television or settle in to the cozy leather sofa or writing desk to dive into that book you’ve been wanting to read. Double doors from this space lead to the flagstone patio off the front of the home. On 211 South Oak Residence’s upper level, two well-appointed guest rooms provide a solid night’s rest. In the master bedroom, a plush bed, flat screen television and access to a private deck showcasing jaw-dropping views of Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls, create a luxurious haven. Pamper yourself in the master bathroom which features a deep, jetted tub and steam shower with waterfall showerhead, along with lux marble finishes and two separate vanities. Between the master and bedroom two, an additional laundry room adds to the convenience of this lovely home.
