218 Gregory’s master bedroom sits on the upper level and boasts two built-in LED reading lamps on both sides of the bed, ample closet space and stunning views of Ajax Peak, Ballard Peak and Ingram Falls. A second bedroom is also perched on this level and boasts a closet with built-in shelves, views of the ski area and Ballard Peak, and a sleeping nook with additional bedding. The master bathroom is shared between these two rooms and features a deep soaking tub with a steam shower and high end fixtures. On the lower level, the third bedroom is spacious and offers a large flat screen television and closet with built-in shelves, and shares a luxurious bathroom with the family room. For added sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the family room converts to a sleeper to lodge additional guests.
