Providing an inviting space to entertain, the main level Great Room features a set of leather sofas with several chairs focused on a massive stone fireplace and a large flat screen television in the living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows flanking the fireplace create a large and sunny atmosphere in the living space while a glass door behind one of the sofas provides access to the wrap-around deck featuring several seating areas and a private hot tub. Back inside, a gourmet kitchen neighboring the living room features beautiful wooden cabinetry, high-end appliances and everything the chef in the group will need, including a superb breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Around the corner, among huge log beams, a spacious dining room boasts a long table with room for eight guests in plush upholstered chairs.

Perched on the upper level, your guests will love to head upstairs and hang out in both the lounge area and games room, or congregate in the lower level family room which offers a large sectional sofa, table and a flat screen television. Also on the lower level, a ski prep room featuring plenty of hooks and cubbies keeps everyone’s ski gear organized while a large wine cellar allows for some adult time to relax and catch up on the day’s events.

2354 Red Pine Residence boasts six well-appointed guest bedrooms spread across its three spacious levels. Located on the main floor, the master bedroom offers a plush bed, a private fireplace, a large flat screen television and a private patio. Pamper yourself in the lux master bathroom which features dual sinks, a jetted tub and a warming heat lamp. Three comfortably decorated bedrooms are perched on the upper level, each offering cozy bedding and a private bathroom, while the remaining two guest bedrooms sit on the lower level and offer elegant furnishings.

This luxurious private rental home can accommodate up to four vehicles, with parking for two in the garage and two additional spots located in the driveway.
