Featuring a gorgeous, wood ceiling, and sunny floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is the perfect space to gather and create long-lasting memories. An oversized plush sectional sofa sits in front of a cozy gas fireplace, while adjacent leather furnishings are focused on an enormous LCD TV with a DVD player. In the neighboring gourmet kitchen, you’ll find beautiful alder cabinets, granite counters and professional stainless steel appliances, along with all the cooking essentials. There’s room for two at the island breakfast bar, plus a charming kitchen table with four leather seats.  Up to 10 guests can sit comfortably at the dining table, which connects the living room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors provide access to a lovely outdoor space, featuring a private covered hot tub and a wonderful view of Deer Valley’s slopes.

Five well-appointed bedrooms were designed for comfort and privacy, for up to 15 vacationers. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom offers a plush bed, a large flat-screen HDTV and a private full bathroom. Also located upstairs, bedroom two features cozy bedding, a private gas fireplace and a flat-screen HDTV, plus a private bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Guest room three boasts a rustic lodgepole bed, an HDTV and an adjoining private bathroom. Situated on the main level, the fourth bedroom offers deck access, a plush bed and a private bathroom, while bedroom five is geared for the younger travelers with multiple beds and a wall mounted HDTV. If additional bedding is needed, there is a sleeper sofa in bedroom two and a small bed in the master for any extra guests.

2590 Solamere Residence sits a half of a mile from the complimentary shuttle stop, with a one-mile drive to Deer Valley Resort, just under three miles to Park City Mountain Resort and one and a half miles from Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops and nightlife.
