Just minutes from the Snowpark base area of the Deer Valley Resort, this 5 bedroom private vacation home with 4 bathrooms located in the Solamere neighborhood provides a comfortable and well appointed space for up to 12 guests. Featuring an open layout, the main level Great Room forms an inviting space for the entire group to entertain. Comfortable furnishings are centered on a fireplace in the living room that is open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Just off of the dining area, with seating for eight, is the fully equipped kitchen boasting high-end appliances, granite countertops and bar seating for four.

Off of the dining area are two sets of glass doors leading to the back patio offering outdoor seating and the private hot tub. Up above the living room is a semi-open family room providing a comfortably furnished sitting area with a television and small game table.

Five bedrooms are spread over the two levels of the 3,300 square foot residence. Two main level bedrooms are suites that include private bathrooms, one offers a King bed while the other is furnished with a Queen bed. Also on the main level is a guest bedroom furnished with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Queen sofa sleeper. Two bedrooms on the upper level share a bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed and the other offers two Twin beds.
