Guests can choose from an informal eating area near the kitchen boasting a table for seven, plus a wood-burning fireplace and a lovely Deer Valley Resort view, or the formal dining room, with its large table for eight. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the pool room, featuring a professional billiards table, a high-end stereo system, plus ample seating and access to a large wine cellar. On this same level, the massive back deck was designed for indulgences, offering a built-in fireplace and grill, along with a relaxing private hot tub, all in a wooded setting under the stars. For even more space to hang out and have some fun, the lower level offers several options; the first is a full sized racquetball court, great for the competitive bunch, or a large space for the kids to run around. The second, is a fitness center, boasting a spinning cycle, stair climber and free weights. There is also a large sauna room located just outside the racquetball court. Up on the third level, a cozy den features seating, a large HDTV with a DVD player and surround sound, with French doors that close for privacy. 2685 Daystar Residence also offers two laundry rooms, one perched on the third floor, with the other located on the lower level.

For any added lodging, the den features a futon that can accommodate two extra guests.

2685 Daystar Residence sits just one mile from Deer Valley Resort, a little over two miles from Park City Mountain Resort, and one and a half miles from Main Street’s dining, shopping and nightlife. The complimentary city-wide shuttle stop is a half of a mile from the property.
