Perfectly equipped for families or groups of up to nine friends with couples and singles in the party, 269 Deer Valley Drive offers a multi-level floor plan with tasteful appointments and comfortable furnishings. Views of the Park City slopes and the amazing Rocky Mountain sunsets can be enjoyed while relaxing on the private hot tub. Featuring an open layout, the main level is an inviting space for the entire group to entertain and relax.

Comfortable furnishings are centered on a stone fireplace in the cozy living room that is open to the dining area with seating for eight and the full kitchen with a breakfast bar that can accommodate five. Just off of the kitchen is a small alcove equipped with a sofa and loveseat. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level including the master suite with a Queen bed and private bathroom that includes a jetted tub and stall shower. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom; one is furnished with a queen bed while the other has a Twin Bunk bed plus a Twin Trundle to accommodate up to three guests. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
