Upon entering the residence on the main level you encounter a double sided fireplace and cozy den area that sits on the opposite fireplace side of the living room. Relax on the massive sofa that faces the fireplace and large screen television in the expansive living room set under 25 foot vaulted ceilings with access to the large deck boasting a private hot tub in the back of the house.

The living room is open to the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator and ice maker plus an alcove with a kitchen table framed by a bay window. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate formal dining room with Ty Loyola custom dining table. Between the 3 stools at the breakfast bar, the 6 seats at the kitchen table, and the 8 seats in the dining room, total dining capacity is 17. 

Another living are is located on the lower level. This family room features three reclining leather sofas, a flatscreen television with DirecTV (premium package with all the movie channels!), DVD, VCR, CD, and Surround Sound. You will also find a pool table just off of the family room as well as a ski prep room.

Spread over the three levels of the residence are 6 bedrooms offering sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. There are two master suites with king size beds and HD flat screens with DVD players and DirectTV, and 4 other bedrooms with a variety of bedding that are listed below. High quality linens are on all the beds. The bathrooms are elegantly appointed with granite counters and a Jacuzzi tub in one of the master suites.
