An open layout incorporates the living room with its fireplace, an adjacent dining area, and the full kitchen with breakfast bar into one living space. Rounding off the main level living space is a family room with a seating area and television.

Filling the upper level of 327 West Rockledge is the master suite with vaulted ceilings, a private deck with magnificent mountain views, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower.
