Bright and cozy, the living room boasts a sectional sofa and two side chairs, perfectly placed in front of a warm gas fireplace with an enormous flat screen television mounted above it.  Across the generous great room, an open kitchen offers natural wood cabinetry, sleek countertops and all the cooking necessities. When it comes to dining, there are two seats at the breakfast bar, a charming kitchen nook with banquette seating for six to eight guests, plus an adjacent dining table that comfortably accommodates eight. Upstairs on the top level, an adorable den provides additional space to congregate for the big game, watch a TV show or simply hang out and catch up on the day’s events. It features a large plush sofa, soft funky ottomans and a massive flat screen television. This space also boasts access to the private hot tub, which sits on a rooftop balcony, showcasing jaw-dropping views of rugged Ballard Peak.

Perched on the top level, the master boasts high ceilings, a large walk-in closet and French doors that lead to the balcony. Indulgent and luxurious, the private master bathroom offers a deep soaking tub, a relaxing steam shower and a dual sink vanity. The three remaining guest rooms all sit on the lower level. Bedroom two boasts a plush bed and a large closet, with a private bathroom offering a soothing stand-up shower. Guest room three features a private gas fireplace, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for the younger vacationers, boasting multiple bedding plus a seating area with a large flat screen television.
