A glass door leads to the private deck, offering a gas grill and seating. Back inside and up a few steps, a wood adorned gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the culinary necessities, including stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and two sinks. For dining, there is a granite eating counter that seats four guests and features a unique serving window, along with a sleek, formal dining area boasting a table for 14, with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase incredible river and mountain vistas. Brimming with fun-filled spaces, 3Peaks River Retreat also offers a lower level family room, featuring an oversized sectional sofa with a mammoth flat screen television, offering surround sound and both Blu-Ray and DVD players. This entertaining space also offers a large wet bar, a beverage fridge and a microwave, plus a sunny nook with a board games table. A full sized washer and dryer on this level also adds to the ease and convenience of the home. Step out on to the back patio for a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, enjoy some s’mores around the fire pit or just simply watch the river pass by.

Beautifully and comfortably furnished with rest in mind, this sprawling private home offers five bedrooms plus additional loft space. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom features massive floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat screen television and a luxurious bed, along with a private bathroom boasting a walk-in steam shower and a dual sink vanity. Also upstairs, bedroom two offers stunning river views and a cozy table for two, while the third bedroom boasts multiple bedding for the younger guests and a funky loft space with a flat screen television. These two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Bedroom four sits on the main level, offering a cozy bed and a built-in bookshelf/desk area, while the fifth guest room sits on the lower level with more a masculine, rock and roll aesthetic. 3Peaks River Retreat boasts a two-car garage with ski storage, plus extra parking for five to seven vehicles. To access the slopes, guests can walk two blocks to the complimentary shuttle stop or drive 10 minutes to the BreckConnect Gondola.
