High ceilings and plenty of windows add a feeling of space to the segmented room layout of 406 Elk Residence which features a comfortably furnished living room on the main level and lower level parlor for relaxing after a day of fun in Crested Butte. Off of the living room is a full kitchen and dining room for guest convenience.

Seven bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of 406 Elk Residence providing ample bedding for up to sixteen guests. Three bedrooms, including the lofted room at the top of the house and the master bedroom, are equipped with Queen beds and four of the bedrooms offer Two Twin beds. One of the Double Twin rooms also has a Daybed for additional sleeping space.
