416 Benchmark Residence is a massive 6,600 square foot private vacation home perched directly on the Lower Galloping Goose ski run. Offering the convenience of a true ski-in/ski-out experience, up to 18 guests can comfortably relax, sleep and enjoy each other’s company in this luxurious eight bedroom, eight and a half bathroom ski retreat.

A massive bay window in the living room offers natural light and stunning views of Wilson Peak while the tall vaulted log beam ceiling creates and open feel. Plush sofas are centered on a cozy gas fireplace. Around the corner, an incredible gourmet kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four people. Guests can choose to enjoy the chef in the group’s culinary creations at either the built-in dining nook or the nearby formal dining room table which can accommodate up to eight guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy family room boasts a sofa, club chairs and a television, along with double glass doors that lead to a small deck. For additional space for the whole group to congregate, a lower level family room offers a roomy area that’s fun for everyone. A spacious, comfortable sectional sofa is focused on a stone gas fireplace and large flat screen television. In the corner, a wet bar with a refrigerator makes it easy to stay refreshed without having to head upstairs to the kitchen. Two glass doors from this space provide access to the back patio boasting a therapeutic hot tub. Offering tons of space, the master bedroom boasts comfortable bedding, access to the deck and a private full bathroom. An adjacent office is part of the master and features cozy seating and a large desk. The second, third and fourth guest rooms all offer varying views from multiple windows and each boasts its own private bathroom. Bedrooms five and six are located on the lower level and share a full bathroom. 416 Benchmark Residence features a separate guest house with a second kitchen, cozy living room and a pool table. There are two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a small sitting area with a couch located upstairs.
