With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this 1,750 square foot rental makes an excellent choice for those who seek a tranquil wooded setting with easy transport to the slopes and the conveniences of the village.

Light pours directly in to the living room from a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfortable sofas and club chairs allow guests to watch their favorite shows or movies on the large flat screen television or gaze at the roaring gas fireplace. Around the corner, a wood adorned kitchen offers all the essentials along with a breakfast bar with seating for three guests. Next to the living room, a dining room table with room for up to six sits alongside a wall of sliding glass doors which provides access to a wooden deck surrounded by trees. On the lower level, a family room with a sleeper sofa and an additional television features its own entrance and offers your party another space to spread out and create lasting vacation memories.  

Three of the guest bedrooms are perched on the third level of 4250 Spruce Way; the master bedroom with its private bathroom and two additional comfortably decorated bedrooms that share a full bathroom. A fourth guest room is attached to the lower level family room and shares a bathroom with that space.

Slopes access is easy from this cozy retreat as the complimentary shuttle stop is a three minute walk away and runs every 15 minutes during ski season. World-class restaurants, galleries and nightlife are only three miles away via car allowing guests to be away from the hustle bustle but still experience all that Vail has to offer.
