Gourmet chefs and home cooks alike will love the fully equipped kitchen complete with slab granite countertops, a Wolf gas range, and a cabinet encased refrigerator-freezer, along with two dishwashers. Just off the kitchen, a hexagon shaped breakfast nook provides space for 10 along with lovely views of the valley. For a more formal meal or gathering space, a dining room on the other side of the kitchen offers a table with seating for 10-12 guests under an ornate chandelier. An expansive deck boasting awe-inspiring views of the golf course, Fraser Valley and Winter Park Ski Resort  along with a gas BBQ grill and rocking chairs can be accessed from the living room or the breakfast nook.

Seven comfortable and professionally decorated guest rooms are spread throughout 492 Golf Course Circle’s three levels, all of which boast incredible views. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor: one contains an ensuite bathroom with an antique Victorian bath and access to the main deck while the other offers a reading nook and a private deck, as well as a flat screen television and an ensuite bathroom. The home’s upper level contains two additional guest rooms; a master suite complete with its own private deck, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom featuring a Victorian bath, and another guest bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a small private deck. On the lower level, the final three bedrooms offer additional comfortable sleeping accommodations. A bunk room features a nook with a card table as well as a sleeper sofa and separate lounge area, along with an adjacent bathroom. The other two guest rooms offer ensuite bathrooms and writing desks.

Guests of all ages will love to hang out in the massive entertainment room, located on the home’s lower level and featuring three areas. The first is a living space offering a cozy sectional sofa, leather club chairs and a roaring stone gas fireplace centered on a 65” flat screen HDTV. Adjacent you will find a custom-built one-of-a-kind log pool table under a beautiful chandelier. At the far end of the space, a card or game table along with a wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker and glass washer create another spot for your party’s enjoyment. Two laundry rooms, one on the main floor and the other found on the lower level make vacation life easier during your stay. A small office on the upper level offers two work stations and a printer for those who must work while staying in the Winter Park area.
