607 Deer Valley Drive is a four-level luxury townhome located within minutes of the fun and exciting vacation attractions at the Deer Valley Resort and Park City. Featuring five bedrooms with six bathrooms for up to 11 guests, this 5,000 square foot luxury vacation rental boasts an interior with sophisticated living space and exceptional vacation amenities.

Perfect to sit back and unwind, the living room boasts plenty of cozy seating, centered on a double-wide gas fireplace with an enormous flat screen television mounted above. Just outside this space, a large outdoor deck features a gas grill, a soothing hot tub and spectacular alpine scenery. Back inside, an incredible gourmet kitchen sits around the corner, with professional stainless steel appliances, gorgeous cabinetry and polished cement counters. You’ll also find all your culinary essentials, along with a stunning rock breakfast bar with room for three guests, plus an adjacent dining area featuring a lovely wood table with eight leather upholstered chairs. One of the more popular spots to congregate after a fun-filled vacation day is the upper-level game room. Perched on the third level overlooking the living room, this space boasts a comfy sofa with a massive wall mounted flat screen television, along with a full-sized pool table and a charming seating area. Stretched across the entire first floor of this townhome, the family room is sleek and modern, with a vast fully-equipped bar offering two dedicated wine fridges, a microwave and a dishwasher. There’s also a lounge area with two funky zebra chairs, a cozy gas fireplace and a gigantic wall mounted flat screen television. You’ll also find a dedicated bathroom for the family room space featuring a regular toilet plus a urinal for the males in the group.

Furnished with a contemporary vibe and top quality mattresses, linens and bedding, five guest bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep throughout your stay. Located on the main level, the master bedroom boasts a generous walk-in closet, a large flat screen television and a private luxurious bathroom with a double head rain shower and a dual sink vanity. Bedroom two features a large walk-in closet, access to a small, private deck and a private elegant bathroom, while the third bedroom has access to the back patio area, a walk-in closet and a lovely private bathroom.  The fourth guest room sits on a lower level, offering a walk-in closet, sunny windows and a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower. Also downstairs, bedroom five was designed for the youngest vacationers, boasting multiple bedding and a half bathroom in the hall. Guests can use the fourth bedroom’s bathroom for shower access.  

607 Deer Valley Drive features the latest in technology with high definition television service to all TVs, and Blu-ray players in the living room, game room and family room. For those needing to stay connected, the townhome is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi service throughout. You’ll also find covered parking for two vehicles, plus the convenience of a heated driveway.  

To access the slopes or town, simply step outside to catch the complimentary city shuttle, which goes one way to Park City and the other direction for Deer Valley. Deer Valley Resort sits just a half of a mile away, with a half of a mile to Park City’s Town Lift and two miles to the Park City Mountain Resort Main Lodge. Main Street’s shops, eateries and nightlife are just a short quarter of a mile from the property.
