Featuring some of the most amazing views in Deer Valley with deluxe furnishings and preferred vacation amenities, 7650 Sterling Residence is the perfect home base for the most enjoyable Deer Valley vacation.

Expansive and offering plenty of natural light, the main floor living room features vaulted ceilings and large pane windows exposing gorgeous views of the mountains. Comfortable leather sofas are centered on a cozy gas fireplace and an HDTV with DVD and stereo. Across this large great room, an open design kitchen is well appointed with top of the line appliances and boasts all the necessities for dazzling meals. An island with seating for four sits next to the dining room table which is drenched in sunshine from the surrounding windows and features plush seating for up to eight guests. A glass door in the dining area leads to an outdoor deck framed by panoramic mountain views that includes seating, a gas grill and a relaxing eight-person private hot tub. After dinner, retreat to the lower level family room which gives off a cozy log cabin vibe. There are several comfortable seating areas, a gas fireplace and television, and a card table with four chairs.

On the main floor, a large master suite features a wall mounted HDTV, a personal gas fireplace, walk-in closet and French doors which open to a deck with beautiful mountain views. The adjoining master bathroom offers a deep jetted tub and a stand-up shower. Also on the main level there is another guest bedroom with an HDTV and a private bathroom. 7650 Sterling Residence's upper level boasts the third bedroom while the remaining two guest rooms are located on the lower level off of the family room. For additional sleeping accommodations, a sleeper sofa in the family room adds another bed to the mix.

To access the slopes, guests can ski out via the “Silver Lake Access Trail” which sits about a two minute walk from the driveway and ski in using the “Double Eagle Ski Access Trail” then a four minute walk along Sterling Drive back home. Silver Lake Village and all that it has to offer is an easy seven minute walk from the property. A lower level ski prep room offers ample storage and is a great space to get you ready to hit the mountain.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath, with French doors that open to the mountain views and a gas burning fireplace (located on main floor).
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV (located on upper floor).
Third (Junior Master) – King bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV (located on main floor).
Fourth (Junior Master)- King Bed, adjoining full bath, HDTV. (located on lower level).
Fifth – Bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin on the top, adjoining bathroom (located on lower level).

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 100 yards from the driveway. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards back to the house (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting). Ski-in/Ski-out via nearby trail (about 2 minutes to walk to ski out). Ski back to the property via the Double Eagle access trail and walk back to the home along Sterling Drive (about 4 minutes to walk) or take an easy 7 minute walk to Silverlake Village.
