As you enter 915 Park Avenue Residence you encounter an elegantly appointed living room featuring comfortable leather furnishings centered on a stone-framed fireplace and flat screen television. An adjacent dining area provides seating for 8 while the kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus a breakfast bar, sits right off of the dining area. One of the master suites is located on the lower level at the back of the house and includes a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
