With vaulted log cabin-like ceilings and walls, the main level living room offers a rustic yet lavish space for your party to congregate. Relax in plush leather sofas and lux chairs, focused on a massive stone fireplace, while you discuss the details of your day in paradise. In the adjacent kitchen, high end stainless steel appliances, an open layout and granite countertops provide an incredible culinary environment. Guests can choose to dine in the island breakfast bar which offers four stools, or the neighboring dining area, boasting a large table with seating for ten to twelve people. Also on this level, a spacious deck spanning the entire home offers majestic views of the National Forest. On the home’s lower level, a large family room provides another excellent space for your crew to gather and partake in some vacation fun. Boasting oversized windows with tons of natural light, this area offers a comfortable sectional sofa and leather club chairs, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television. Off to one side, a pool table sits next to a saloon-type bar with all the beverage necessities and four comfy high-top chairs. On the other side, there is a games table and access to the private relaxing hot tub. Perhaps the most entertaining perk of 98 Palmyra Residence is the theater room offering custom seating, a massive projection screen and a concession stand, featuring a high-top table and various fridges and concession accessories.

There are six elegantly decorated bedrooms located on all three levels of this sprawling 7,600 square foot mountain estate. Spacious and luxurious, the master bedroom is perched on the upper level, offering a large flat screen television, private fireplace, deck access and an exquisite bathroom boasting a large glass steam shower and deep soaking tub. A second master, also on the upper level, offers a private gas fireplace, flat screen television and a private bathroom, featuring a glass steam shower and a soaking tub. Bedrooms three, four and five are all located on the home’s main level, boasting plush bedding and comfortable decor. Guest room three’s bathroom is located across the hall, while bedrooms four and five feature private bathrooms. Situated on the lower level, the sixth bedroom is geared for the youngest travelers and offers several beds, a seating area and a private bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower and granite countertop.
