Designed for large groups of up to 17 guests, this 6 bedroom duplex vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms features an abundance of space with multiple living areas and desirable vacation amenities spread over its 4,500 square feet of living space. With all of the comforts of home and a location that is minutes from all of Steamboat's exciting vacation attractions, Alpen Retreat is the ideal lodging choice for large or multiple families and is offered at the most reasonable rates.

Centered on a large-screen television with an adjacent wood burning fireplace, the main level living room offers comfortable furnishings and presents an inviting atmosphere for entertaining. A brick-framed hearth leads into the formal dining room with wet bar that sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances, a large island, and all of the essentials, the chefs in the group will appreciate this space immensely. Access to the large deck with dining table and private hot tub, where breathtaking mountain views can be enjoyed while soothing those aching muscles, is just off of the living space. Located on the lower level, the family room promises hours of enjoyment, with its pool table, sitting area centered on a wood burning fireplace and large-screen television, and wet bar. 

Four of Alpen Retreat's bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. Massive, the master suite features multiple beds, a fireplace, and a luxurious bathroom with large tub and glass-stall shower. Two of the guest bedrooms on the upper level share a Jack & Jill bathroom while the fourth utilizes the hall bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level off of the family room and share the hall bathroom.
