Just off of the living room is a sunroom boasting a private hot tub and fireplace as well as access to the large deck with breathtaking mountain views. Chefs will appreciate the large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, an island with two stools, and upscale appliances that is adjacent to the dining area with seating for ten plus a breakfast nook with seating for four. On the lower level is a family room with a comfortable seating area centered on a flat screen television and gas fireplace with access to the back patio.

On the upper level guests will find a sprawling master suite furnished with a King bed plus a Twin Trundle (Two Twins) and equipped with a television, gas fireplace, and private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and steam shower. Up a level from the master suite is a guest bedroom with a library theme equipped with a Queen bed and an Extra-Long Twin. The second upper level bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and television. Two guest bedrooms are on the lower level off of the family room; one offers a King bed plus a private bathroom while the other has a Captain's Bunk (Twin on top, Double on the bottom) plus a Twin Trundle. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Full Sleeper Sofa in the living areas.
