Featuring an open layout where the entire group can gather and entertain, the Main House offers a cozy living room arranged in front of a wall-mounted television. Boasting polished stone countertops and high-end appliances, the gourmet kitchen overlooks the living room and dining nook with seating for two guests at the breakfast island and 6-7 guests in the dining area.  Anchoring the living space is a three-sided gas fireplace.

Appointed with a Queen bed, the primary bedroom has a loft area equipped with two Twin beds, desk area, access to the back patio, and a private bathroom. Sharing a full bathroom with the living area, the guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. From the primary bedroom, step right outside to the charming back patio area where you will enjoy warm nights lounging around the fire pit or grilling up a feast before relaxing and stargazing from your private hot tub.

The detached guest suite is accessed via the patio and features a cozy living area with a kitchenette, TV and a desk perfect for the remote worker, and an additional sleeper sofa. Up the spiral staircase you'll find the third lofted bedroom with a Queen bed, and standalone bathtub so that you can literally roll right out of bed and into a nice, warm bath, as well as an ensuite bathroom.

Enjoy easy and convenient access to the free public Park City transportation, steps to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift (a 4 minute walk!) and all that Old Town has to offer right at your doorstep, and space for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is available but may be limited during peak seasons.
