• An enormous dining room table that seats 10 people comfortably, and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar
• There is a half bath on this level with a copper basin
• The private balcony features a propane grill and backs up to the ski slopes

5th Floor: 

• Master bedroom featuring a King size bed with quality bedding and a 32 inch flat screen TV, huge walk in closet and a private balcony with stunning views of the Ten Mile Range and the Sky Chutes.
• The en suite master bathroom features double sinks, walk in shower, and separate water closet.
• There is a private outdoor rooftop 4 person hot tub!
