Enter on the uppermost level before stepping down to the open great room that includes a comfortably furnishing sitting area centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Set off the living room, the dining area provides seating for 8 while the adjacent breakfast bar has an additional 3 stools. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, overlooks the living room and dining area. Step out onto the upper deck to get a closer look at the views while grilling up dinner or venture onto the lower deck to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the spectacular Rocky Mountain sunset.

Offering some additional space for the group to spread out, the lower level features a cozy den with a sitting area and flatscreen television. Off of the den on the lower level are two bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room with a Twin over Double bunk bed plus a Twin bed. Also on this level is the primary bedroom furnished with a King bed and boasting a private bathroom with a jetted tub, dual sink vanity, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom sits off of the living area and is equipped with a Queen bed.
