This 1,731 square foot townhome boasts three bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms and is nicely outfitted to accommodate up to 10 guests. With an elegant yet comfortable interior plus a bevy of amenities including a private hot tub, multiple living spaces and a sensational mountain view, your party will love to return home after a fun-filled vacation day on the mountain.  

In the main floor living room, you’ll find a cozy leather sofa and side chairs, a rock fireplace and a large flat screen television with a DVD player, all soaked in natural light from the plethora of sunny windows. Across this space, a wood-adorned kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook desires, including stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops and a charming breakfast bar for four. In the adjacent dining area, a large natural wood table has room for six guests, while a sliding glass door leads to a deck, featuring a gas grill, patio seating and beautiful alpine scenery. After an exciting vacation day, head downstairs to the cozy family room where a plush sofa and two leather side chairs provide a comfy spot to watch the big game on the massive flat screen, or catch up on a missed movie with the DVD player. Outside on the lower level patio, a private hot tub provides relaxation, with majestic scenery as your backdrop. A full sized washer and dryer on this level also adds to the ease and convenience of this alpine rental.

Amber Sky Townhome boasts three comfortable guest bedrooms, furnished with a Victorian-feel and rustic mountain accents. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a plush bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private luxurious bathroom offering a jetted tub, walk-in shower and a dual sink vanity. Bedroom two sits on the lower level, featuring a cozy bed, a flat screen television and a private full bathroom. Also situated downstairs, the third guest room boasts access to the patio and hot tub, plus a flat screen television, and shares a full bathroom with the family room. If any additional bedding is needed, there are sleeper sofas in both the living room and family room to accommodate any extra guests.  

To access the slopes at Breckenridge Resort, simply walk 75 feet to the Snowflake Run, or hop on the complimentary shuttle which stops three blocks away. Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops and nightlife is just one mile away by personal vehicle or the shuttle. Amber Sky Townhome also boasts a one car garage.
