Located on the main level, the spacious living room offers several sofas and comfortable chairs arranged in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Overlooking the living room, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating 3 guests and an adjacent dining area with seating for 8 guests. Continue through the kitchen to the back patio where you will find a barbecue grill and the private hot tub. A small den appointed with a sofa and television sits on the lower level.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom is located on the upper level and includes a private bathroom with dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms on the upper level share a bathroom in the hall, both offer Queen beds and one includes access to a private balcony. Sharing a bathroom with the den on the lower level, the remaining bedrooms are appointed with a King bed in one while the bunk room is equipped with a Full over Full bunk plus a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.
