Two bedrooms are on this level, one is furnished with a King bed and has a private bathroom while the other shares a bathroom with the loft and has a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom plus a Twin sleeping chair. Located on the main level off of the great room, the third bedroom is furnished with a King bed, has access to a small private deck, and includes a private bathroom. The Bungalow bedroom is located behind the home in a separate building and offers a Queen bed plus two raised Twin beds, this is the perfect space for those who appreciate a little privacy from the larger group.

The spacious back patio is the perfect area for outdoor entertaining and relaxation with a private hot tub, gas grill, and multiple seating areas.
