Open to the living area, the gourmet kitchen features professional grade appliances, custom cabinetry, polished granite countertops with bar seating for 3 guests, a breakfast nook with seating for 4 guests, access to the back deck with barbecue grill and outdoor furnishings, and an adjacent dining area with seating for 8 guests.

Located on the lower level is a spacious family room boasting a cozy sitting area focused on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television, game table, and wine room. Step out to the back patio to find a meticulously manicured setting with a private hot tub, fire-pit table, and ornamental pond. Breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley envelope this outdoor living space. Movie night will be thrilling when spent in the theater room offering leather recliners in front of a large screen with plenty of movie options on hand.

Six bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels and over 6,700 square feet of the residence providing quality furnishings and bedding for up to 14 guests. Set under vaulted ceilings, the master suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, a private balcony overlooking the rolling mountains, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. Three guest bedrooms are furnished plush King beds, one of which also includes two Twin sofa sleeper beds, private bathrooms and access to the patio or a deck. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the sixth bedroom is equipped with two Twin beds.

Adding to the vacation amenities are complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a two-car garage with additional parking in the driveway, and two sets of washers and dryers. Nearby Arrowhead Village offers guests state-of-the-art amenities and facilities including a 24-hour front desk, free shuttle service, hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast at the Broken Arrow Restaurant during the winter season. Your vacation home is a 5 minute drive from the Arrow Bahn Express chairlift and lively Arrowhead Village and a short 5 mile drive from the heart of Beaver Creek Village.
