Full Description

Soaring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows frame the cozy living room of this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom duplex vacation home with leather sofas set in front of a fireplace and access to the back deck. Step out to the expansive outdoor lounge area featuring plenty of sitting space, a fire pit, barbecue grill and private hot tub.

Boasting high-end appliances including a double oven and a 6-burner gas range with a griddle top, the gourmet kitchen sits between the living room and family room appointed with a large sofa in front of a fireplace and flatscreen television. Six stools sit along the breakfast bar while 12 chairs are around the adjacent dining table allowing for the entire group to entertain and dine as one.

Six bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the residence providing sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms are furnished with King beds, two of these rooms can have the King beds split into two Twin beds. The remaining bedrooms offer two Twin beds in one while the other is a bunk room with a Twin over Double bunk. Located on the upper level, the den includes a Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

From this prime location you are a short shuttle ride to the Beaver Creek Village shops and restaurants or the lifts at the base of the ski slopes. Adventurous skiers can take a short walk up to the ski trail to start the day and ski back to the property along a groomed access trail.
