Perched on the upper level of this 4 bedroom duplex vacation home with 4 bathrooms is a bright and open living space with vaulted ceilings and walls of glass leading out to the deck with barbecue grill. Centered on a fireplace and television, the living room offers a large sofa and comfortable chairs with a table seating 4 off to the side. Stainless steel appliances and polished stone countertops adorn the kitchen which includes breakfast bar seating for 4 guests and an adjacent dining table with bench-style seating for up to 8 guest. 

Two bedrooms featuring attached bathrooms are located on the upper level, one is equipped with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds while the other has a Queen bed and shares the attached bathroom with the living area. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom is located on the mid level and includes access to a deck as well as a private bathroom. Also enjoying access to the deck and a private bathroom, the mid-level guest bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed.

On the lowest level of the home is a den with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a stationary Peloton bike. This townhome is a short walk to the Harker Center with tennis courts and summertime swimming pool.

One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies).
Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April.
Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
