From this serene location adjacent to an access trail allowing guests to ski out of the neighborhood and within a short walk from the return access trail, guests enjoy a peaceful setting with convenient access to the Deer Valley Resort.

Featuring a rustic yet elegant interior, the main level of Aspen Hollow Residence boasts an open layout that is ideal for entertaining. Centered on a stone fireplace and flat screen television, the living room includes designer furnishings with plenty of space for everyone to relax. At the opposite end of the room from the living area is a dining table with seating for eight and an adjacent breakfast bar with an additional five bar stools. Granite countertops and upscale appliances fill the large kitchen which looks out to the dining area.

A half level down from is an inviting den equipped with a wood burning fireplace, wet bar, game table, and sitting area set in front of a large screen television. Another living space is located on the lower level with yet another fireplace, sitting area, and large screen television. Sunken into the back deck is a private hot tub where guests can soothe the muscles after a day of fun on the slopes.

Distributed throughout the sprawling home are five bedrooms including two master suites. Each of the master bedrooms are spacious and equipped with King beds plus wood burning fireplaces and private bathrooms that boast separate showers and tubs. Each of the remaining bedrooms feature private bathrooms, two are furnished with Queen beds and the third offers a Queen bed plus a Twin Bunk bed and sofa. Aspen Hollow Residence is designed to comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.

Ski Access: This luxury property has easy ‘walk-in/ski-out’ access to Deer Valley resort. You start your day skiing out on the community ski access trail that is about 50 yards from the front door and leads down the Success Run. When you’re ready for a break or finished for the day simply ski back on the Silver Lake Access trail then walk 250 yards back to the front door!
