Boasting five bedrooms with five and half bathrooms, up to 14 guests can stretch out among elegant decor, the finest of finishes, and lush, cozy bedding in every guest room. Along with its superior locale, this mammoth alpine retreat offers a myriad of entertaining amenities designed to enhance your ski vacation.

With a high ceiling and massive windows, the sunken living room is open, yet bright and inviting. An oversized sectional sofa with several side chairs are perfectly placed in front of a stone fireplace with a 65” flat screen television with surround sound mounted above. Around the corner, a gourmet wood-adorned kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities including high-end appliances, and offers a charming island bar with two stools, and its own flat screen television. In the neighboring dining area, there’s another bar with seating for two, plus a large round table that accommodates up to 12 guests. From here, you have direct access to a private back deck, featuring several seating areas, a gas grill, a fire pit and a private hot tub, all with an incredible wooded alpine view. On the home’s lower level, the generous family room is the perfect place to gather after an exhausting day tearing up the slopes. There’s a plush sectional sofa, a 55” flat screen television with surround sound and a convenient wet bar. Guests will also have access to a Blu-ray/DVD player, a gaming system and the enjoyment of a foosball table down there. Aspen Leaf Chalet also features radiant heat throughout, and state-of-the-art audio and video technology, including eight HDTV’s, an intercom, plus iPod and Auxiliary connectivity. A fully equipped laundry room, along with a mud room boasting boot and glove dryers, will keep everybody fresh, clean and organized for the slopes.

Five well-appointed guest bedrooms provide privacy, and a good night’s sleep for up to 14 guests.  A spacious master bedroom features a private stone fireplace, a stunning mountain view and a massive private bathroom offering a jetted tub, steam shower and a private washer/dryer. On the lower level, bedroom two boasts a private stone fireplace, a cozy bed and a small back patio with mountain views, while the third guest room features multiple beds, a sitting area, and the same fabulous alpine scenery. Perched on Aspen Leaf Chalet’s upper level, the fourth bedroom offers a comfy bed and a private bathroom, with bedroom five boasting multiple beds, ample storage and its own private bathroom.

Located between two ski runs, this home has indirect access to the slopes for more experienced skiers and boarders, with the drive to the base village just a short two minutes away. Instructions to access the slopes via skis or snowboards is highlighted below:

Ski-In from Adams Avenue ski slope: On Adams Avenue after the second bridge, just after Wood Rd curve on the right, there is a small wooden sign “Edgewood Lane” for the path down to Edgewood Lane. If the Edgewood Lane is snow covered just ski across it to the right then down to the left just before the first house to the chalet is just below, that’s it, and it won’t take 2 minutes once you know the way. Not recommended for beginners as it involves skiing through ungroomed terrain and trees, but you can also walk down Wood Rd to the Chalet.

Ski-Out to Gondola/Village Express via Assay Hill ski slope: Ski down from the driveway to the right over the small bridge, stop (!) above Wood Road ditch, walk across (unless snow covered) to Village Run Cr., start skiing down on the left before the first house, ski around the house and down along the townhouse, down to the ski slope. That’s it, 2-3 minutes. Not recommended for beginners as it involves skiing through ungroomed terrain and trees.
