Six guests are accommodated at the circular dining table in the breakfast nook, another four chairs are offered at the breakfast bar in the kitchen, and a more formal dining area with seating for 10 is off the kitchen. Overlooking the living room, the fully equipped kitchen offers quality appliances with everything needed to prepare tasty meals. Step out onto the back deck where you will find outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill. 

Several additional living spaces are featured throughout the multiple levels of the residence. Off of the dining room is a formal living room with an elegantly appointed sitting area. Also on the main level, a large office provides a quiet space for those who need to get a little work done while on vacation. Head down to the lower level family room to play a game of pool on the custom billiards table or watch a movie in the adjacent sitting area. 

Walk or take a short drive to the heated community pool and hot tub, which are open year-round. There is one parking spot available in the garage, and four additional spaces in the driveway. The Village Connect shuttle service provides on-call shuttle access to the Arrowhead lifts.
