In the neighboring kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials, with plenty of counter and storage space. Guests have ample choices on where to dine as there are two separate breakfast bars -one with two stools, the other with four, plus a charming dining nook with a table that can seat six people. On the other side of the kitchen, a quaint seating area boasts a large sofa, two soft leather chairs and an enormous flat screen television. A door in the dining area leads to the oversized deck, offering outdoor seating, a gas grill and breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range, Breckenridge Ski Area and French Creek. Another popular spot at Aspen Point Residence is the lower level family room. An overstuffed sectional sofa is perfectly placed in front of a huge flat screen television, with a round game table just off to the side. Guests will be happy and satiated, as there’s also a large wet bar complete with a wine fridge downstairs, too. Grab a towel and head outside to the lower level patio, where a private hot tub offers unforgettable scenery and a relaxing atmosphere.

Designed with your overall comfort in mind, this home features four well-appointed guest rooms. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom is heavenly, offering a seating area, spectacular views and a dual sided gas fireplace. On one side is the bedroom, on the other is a jetted tub, a glass shower and a dual sink vanity. Bedroom two is also upstairs, boasting a plush bed, a flat screen television and a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The third guest room sits on the main level and features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. Located on the lower level, bedroom four offers a view of the back patio with a cozy bed and shares a full bathroom with the family room. If any additional lodging is needed, there are sleeper sofas in the living room and family room to comfortably accommodate extra guests.  

Aspen Point Residence sits about a mile from Main Street’s dining, shopping and nightlife as well as the gondola accessing the Breckenridge Ski Resort slopes. Guests can walk three blocks to the complimentary shuttle stop for transport to the ski mountain or Main Street. This lovely alpine home also includes a two-car garage.
