With the Steamboat Ski Resort a short ten minute drive away, the Aspen View Lodge is the ideal vacation retreat for large groups of up to 34 guests. Encompassing over 8,200 square feet of living space that includes twelve bedrooms, a huge living room with vaulted ceilings and a large-screen television, a full kitchen and dining hall that seats up to forty people, this rustic lodge is like a mini-hotel. Nestled in the Rout National Forest, the Aspen View Lodge offers a peaceful location with many exciting outdoor activities out the door or within a short drive.

Separated from the bar area by a stone fireplace, the Great Room is comfortably furnished with multiple sofas, chairs, and a table with seating for four. Massive windows bring the beauty of the surrounding forest right into the home. A game room with piano and pool table is located just off of the living room and next to the kitchen allowing everyone to be a part of the party. Two bedrooms equipped with King beds are on the main level off of the bar. A fully equipped kitchen and the dining area is located on the lower level of the home along with the large laundry room and sauna. Two bedrooms furnished with King beds and two with Two Queen beds are also on the lower level.

Six additional bedrooms are located on the upper level along with a library. Two of the upper level bedrooms are furnished with Two Queen beds while four of the rooms on the top level have King beds. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom. Multiple decks are situated around the Aspen View Lodge and a large hot tub is located on the lower patio. Smaller parties can choose to split the residence by locking off the upper level and renting Aspen View Lodge as a six bedroom home.
