Just off of the sitting area is a dining table accommodating 10 guests with an adjacent breakfast bar seating an additional 5 guests. Chefs in the group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances and granite countertops.

Head to the lower level family room to relax in front of the fireplace for movie night before heading out to the back patio to soothe the muscles in the private hot tub. Additional amenities include a sauna, fitness equipment, an office equipped with a large desk, and a ski prep area with lockers and cubbies. Start the day by gearing up in the ski prep room before embarking on the maintained ski access path leading to the lifts in the Silver Lake area of Deer Valley, about a 7 minute walk.

Six bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of the home providing bedding for up to 12 guests. Located on the upper level, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, deck access, and an adjoining bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level, the guest suite is a mirror of the primary with a King bed, gas fireplace, deck access, and adjoining bathroom. Rounding off the third level bedrooms is a bunk room equipped with two sets of Twin over Twin bunks plus a Twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Three guest bedrooms on the first level share a full bathroom; two are furnished with King beds while the third offers a Queen bed.
