Further into the great room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a dining area with seating for eight plus another gas fireplace. Located on the lowest level is a comfortably furnished family room with a large screen television and game table. Step out back to find the private hot tub with the most spectacular views of the Yampa Valley.

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence providing an added level of privacy for up to 10 guests. Furnished with a Queen bed and boasting a private bathroom, the main level bedroom sits off of the living room. Two master suites are located on the second level, both are equipped with King beds, a gas fireplace, beautifully appointed private bathrooms with large soaking tubs and glass stall showers, and outdoor access. A third bedroom on this level has a Double Bunk bed.
